Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns for products that do not meet your expectations. If the products are wrong, missing or damaged then you have to record a proper video of opening the package without opening it before and show us the faults. Send the video to our mail id and explain your query.

If we approve the return, then we will send the person to collect back the product and will send the new one.

REFUND POLICY

No refund policy. If you wish to cancel the order your balance will be added in the wallet and you can purchase the same amount of product.

Only in rare cases after undergoing the issue refund will be done.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. In the event that this is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative solution that meets your needs.
